• SEO & AEO tools for local and AI search visibility.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from TrustMagnet and the businesses we serve. The following terms apply:

• Consent: You explicitly consent to receive recurring automated and manual SMS messages at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement, appointment schedule, and the campaigns active for your account.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or CANCEL. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP or INFO for support, or contact us directly.
• Carrier Compliance: Our messaging programs comply with applicable A2P 10DLC and toll-free messaging requirements, including campaign registration and carrier guidelines.
• Carriers Supported: Messages are delivered through major U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by carrier networks.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials you receive.
• Obtain proper consent before providing phone numbers for SMS messaging.
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Be responsible for all activity conducted under your account or phone number.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send unsolicited, deceptive, or fraudulent messages (spam).
• Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, or carrier messaging rules.
• Distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of messaging access and services without refund.

In compliance with carrier and industry standards, our SMS programs do not permit the following content categories:

• Illegal substances, weapons, or regulated goods.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Phishing, malware, or fraudulent schemes.
• High-risk financial offers or get-rich-quick schemes.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of TrustMagnet and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustMagnet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier networks or third-party providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustMagnet and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party, including messaging recipients.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and where necessary, in the appropriate jurisdiction.
